Huntapac trials with Positive BioCarbons biochar – root growth in progress.
The application of biochar took place in May 2023 to an area of land in Yorkshire used for the growth of root crops
It was applied with a lime spreader at a ratio of 10 T per Ha.
Soil water retention testing and soil nutrition testing will be done by a UK accredited lab.
Regular sap testing will show nutrient uptake throughout the trial
